1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the CliniShare website (clinishare.in) or using any of our clinic space services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered doctors, and any entity that accesses our services.

2. Services Provided

CliniShare provides managed consultation spaces and associated support services (reception, nursing, housekeeping, compliance infrastructure) to licensed medical professionals. Our services are available through the following plans: Connect, Fixed Access, Private Suite, and Enterprise, as described on our website.

CliniShare does not provide any medical services or advice. All clinical decisions and patient interactions are solely the responsibility of the registered doctor.

3. Eligibility

To register as a partner doctor, you must:

• Hold a valid medical degree recognised in India (MBBS or equivalent)
• Be registered with the Medical Council of India or an applicable State Medical Council
• Comply with all applicable laws governing medical practice in India

4. Booking and Cancellation

Consultation room bookings are subject to availability. Cancellation policies vary by plan:

• Connect: Sessions may be cancelled up to 4 hours in advance without charge.
• Fixed Access & Private Suite: Monthly agreements require 30 days written notice for cancellation.
• Enterprise: Governed by a separate enterprise agreement.

CliniShare reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to maintenance, force majeure, or other operational reasons, with reasonable notice where possible.

5. Payment Terms

Fees are charged as per the selected plan and agreed pricing. Payments are due in advance for monthly plans. Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month. CliniShare reserves the right to suspend access for overdue accounts.

6. Use of Facility

Partner doctors agree to:

• Use the space solely for lawful medical consultation
• Treat CliniShare staff and other doctors with professionalism and respect
• Not sublicense or share their allocated space without written approval
• Comply with all centre rules, infection control protocols, and applicable regulations
• Not bring in equipment, materials, or substances that are prohibited, hazardous, or not pre-approved

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the CliniShare website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of CliniShare Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

CliniShare provides the facility and support services on an "as-is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CliniShare shall not be liable for:

• Any clinical outcomes or patient-related incidents
• Loss of data, revenue, or business arising from service interruptions
• Actions of third-party vendors or contractors at the centre

Our total liability in any 12-month period shall not exceed the fees paid by you during that period.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CliniShare Healthcare Pvt. Ltd., its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, your medical practice, or your breach of these Terms.

10. Termination

CliniShare reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access immediately if you breach these Terms, violate applicable law, or engage in conduct detrimental to other centre users or the CliniShare brand. You may terminate your agreement per the notice periods described in Section 4.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance. We will notify active partner doctors of material changes by email.
